The OBC Cell in the college was established in 2022, keeping in mind the welfare and empowerment of students from other backward castes. Our college constitutes around 37% of OBC students, hence the cell was set up to help students in everyday curricular activities, ensuring protection from any forms of discrimination, financially assisting them, and sensitizing them about constitutional rights to make them a part of the mainstream.
