Every student has the right to education in a safe environment hence the minority cell ensures no student irrespective of religious background faces any form of discrimination, injustice, or threat within the campus. The objective of the cell is to counsel students coming from minority communities in any challenging situation in and beyond the classroom and promote inclusion and diversity. The college has a well-functioning grievance redressal mechanism to address conflicts, ensuring they are resolved promptly and objectively with sensitivity, impartiality, and confidentiality.
